Evaluate how effectively your company has executed the strategies management has publicly announced. If the strategy was to grow in global markets, for example, has the company achieved that objective, profitably?

In adding value to its business model and operations, does the company show a positive trend in its value, through capitalization, as perceived by shareholders ?

Valuation and performance metrics.

Has the company excelled in its business practices, or processes, thus gaining a competitive edge based on quality of products or services? Also examine its cost structure

Business process improvement

Is the company recognized as an innovation force within its industry? Has that innovation translated into superior profitability? Examine product design announcements

Innovation and continuous adaptation

Prepare your performance matrix, and grade the company in every area, as indicated above, and assign a final grade.
