These questions are addressed to a specific study and database which I am not including in order to prevent the apperance of asking for assignment completion however it is worth mentioning that the study is one about job satisfaction and the variables involved are age, gender, tenure and department and the units of measure are overall, intrisinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction using a scale of 1 to 7.
