This activity has the purpose of helping students describe key O&SM components and concepts and distinguish the fundamental differences between services and goods-producing processes.

Base on the main activity that you perform at work or home that are related to O&SM, explain what are (1) the inputs, (2) the main resources, (3) the transformation process, and the output.
