A clinical trial consists of testing two drugs (S & T) where patients take S on one occasion and T on a second occasion with enough time between occasions for recovery from drug effects. For each drug, the patient reports whether or not the drug was efficacious. From a random sample of 100 patients, we find that in 25 patients, Drug S exhibited effective action and Drug T did not. In 5 patients, Drug T was effective and Drug S was not. In 30 patients, both drugs yielded effective actions.

Using the normal distribution to approximate the answer give 95% confidence interval for the difference between the population proportions of effective actions in S versus T.
