It's simple or is it? We live in a diverse world. When we think of diversity, some differences that come to mind are age, sex, race, ethnicity, disability, national origin, and religion. Diversity enhances the effectiveness of work groups. Also, diverse thinking can be a dynamic that leads to misunderstandings and conflict based on stereotypes and assumptions.
