3- In a restaurant, office cafeteria, bar, etc. position yourself somewhere you can observe two people in casual conversation. Watch them closely as you can without being noticed. Watch for and record conversational regulators. How do they exchange floors? Are there overlaps? Interruptions? How do they handle pauses? How do they "take" the floor from each other? How do they "give" the floor to each other? provided an example.

4- Can you tell the difference between feigned (presentational) vs. authentic (representational) facial expressions? Why or why not? Are there gender differences? provide an example.
