Using the lens of organizational behavior, construct a case study of an organization of your choice (it is suggested that you review an organization you are currently or were previously affiliated with). The case study should be 8-10 pages in length. The styling should reflect APA format, including appropriate citations within text and reference page.

Brief history of the organization. (When established, purpose, any major historical changes, number of employees, public or private sector, etc.)

Purpose of the organization. If focusing on a particular department, office, etc. explain the function/purpose of each.

Identify at least 2 challenges/issues the organization faced (challenges may also be presented from a departmental or interpersonal level)

Utilize theories/concepts from organizational behavior to explain why the challenge may have existed.
