JasemAbdulwahab , as a owner of Chelsea Football Club in London England playing in the premier league me and my designated board members have set our objectives for the club and ambitions very clear towards our Head Coach and players and staff to satisfaction of the fans and to the standards of the club every new season .

4. Background : Chelsea football club is one of the premier leagues top for contenders for the title. being located in the heart of England we have a huge fan base and our fans love the team and they have supporters that attend and view our games in the millions yearly so we owe to them to achieve and make great history for the club.

Chelsea football club has ambition and objectives every season in the premier league to achieve what's best for the club and the fans . As the owner of the club I have set objectives to our coaches of high standards of the following :

Objectives and aims :

1) wining the Primer league which earns placing in first position

2) Wining a domestic cup

3) Wining the FA cup

4) Qualifying in European Cups

5) Winning the Champions league

6) Development of youth teams within the club

Those are some of the mean terms I have set to our head coach for seasons to come

Situation :

I JasemAbdulwahab the owner of Chelsea football club, in this 2016/2017 season don't believe that those objects have been pursued our club ranks in the 15th position with 7 games left out of 38 games to be played . The club is risking regulation , was not qualified for the domestic and European cups and leagues. Locker room troubles between the coaching staff and players are performing to lowest of their usual performance due to we are the regain champions of the prior primer league the manger objectives have not been attended to and the board members meeting is coming to questioning to sack the current manger , Jose Mourihno from his position as head coach and the current position of the club analyzing a solutions to remain in the premier league and fix the results and add new objectives to see a bit of success this season. Solution:

In our next board members meet we have to come to a few descions and solutions to save this club from relegation and manage to qualify to the top stages for the coming seasons and regain a probability to achieve our objectives . With that in consideration and 7 games remain the club feels it would be right to let go of the current manger and sack him in conditions of not to contract agreement of the objectives . With sacking the manger in the last of the stages it would be useful for the players .in the case of sacking the manager the club is currently in touch with a previous manager Gus Hiddenk who was used in previously used by the club in a situation similar to this and managed the club to avoid relegation but with current situation we would agree terms with Gus hiddenk to be appointed as an interim manager for the remaining games and fix the situation at the club and avoid relegation till summer comes and the club would go into contact and recruit a permanent manger for the 2017/2016 season .

Conclusion :

In conclusion in the next meeting I would tend to this manner as our main objective going to invite some of the senior players to view the situation with us and be part of the adiving team to the sacking of the current manager and the appointment of the interim manager and present the solution to all and discuss as team of the benefits of the sacking the manger and avoiding relegation and the new responsibilities of the coaching staff and the players to achieve for the next season .
