Amazon's new beer production line is being tested before product launch. Each bottle must have 12 ounces (more = higher cost, less = unhappy customers). A sample of 100 bottles resulted in an average of 12.14 ounces. The known standard deviation for that type of production equipment is 0.8 ounces. They believe their process meets the target and should go ahead and launch the product, including drone deliveries of beer.
