Whatever style, whatever skills you emphasize, whatever methods you use must be genuine to you. Trying to put on an act and adopt someone else’s style is a recipe for failure. Think about yourself. Think about who you are. Think about what you value. Think about your skills. In 2 or 3 pages, outline a strategy on how you will develop the credibility, skills, and knowledge that it will take for you to be a future leader. What type of style do you think you will develop?
