Scenario: The other day you noticed how one staff member was talking disrespectfully of another new female staff member called Amaya in front of a group of long-term staff. You didn't quite catch the whole conversation, but you are certain that you heard talk about their 'strange religious rituals and behaviours" and their "smell" and "weird choice of clothing". There was a lot of giggling amongst the group and you are certain they made fond of Amaya who is from Iran.

Complete the following activities:

1. Develop a training program and agenda that specifically addresses the issue in the scenario. Outline the content you will cover. The content must also promote how working effectively with difference is a strength that can improve the organization's products, services and customer relation.

2. Gather your team of staff and hold the training referring to your recent observations of discrimination. Cover all agenda items and content you have scoped. Ensure to enforce the diversity policy once again and make certain that your staff members understand the implications for themselves for not following the policy and procedure.
