Case study to review -

Based on the information in the case provided, conduct a risk/benefit ratio analysis to determine the appropriate intervention.

Develop a system to monitor the efficacy of the intervention plan based on the case study.

The program monitoring system should include at least one data collection method and should indicate the frequency of data collection, who will collect, who will review it and what the criteria are for success and failure of the behavior program. The program monitoring system should also include a plan for revising the behavior program.

Well the example page has six pages so I am not sure I guess as long as it marks all that she said it should be fine. I attach the case study and an example paper the teacher gave us. Please be sure to review the two attachments so you can understand the paper. The paper is in APA format and please do not put the box around the paper I don't know how to take it off.

Grading Rubric: 5 points for conducting the risk/benefit ratio analysis, 5 points for selecting an appropriate intervention based on the information in the case and the results of the risk/benefit analysis, 4 points for designing an appropriate data collection system. An example must be included in your final document. 4 points for designating an appropriate data collector, indicating the frequency of data collection and who will review the data and on what schedule, 5 points for determining success and failure of the criteria and plan for revision if success criteria are not met and 2 points for clear and concise writing with fewer than 3 grammatical/spelling errors.
