Develop a small game called TryYourLuck. This game should be written in a .py file and should do the following:
- It selects a random integer number between 1 and 9 and compares this number with the integer number the user types in. The game is over when the user beats the system: the user chooses a number that equals to the random number chosen by computer.
- When the user does not get the random number, three events should occur: he or she (1) is informed of the number he/she chose and the random number chosen by the computer; (2) loses 100 dollars of his/her total fortunate (which is zero in the beginning of the game); and (3) is prompted to try again.
- The user wins when the number he/she types equals to the random number chosen by the computer. As a result of wining the game, his/her total fortunate gains an amount equivalent to 1,000 times of the number he/she guessed.
For example, if the user types 6 and wins the game, his/her fortunate increases by 6,000 dollars. He/she should be informed of his/her total fortunate. This also ends the game.
Without using the system() function to call any bash commands, write a python program that will implement a simple version of the diff command.
Write a program for checking a circle program must either print "is a circle: YES" or "is a circle: NO", appropriately.

Improve the readability and structural design of the code by improving the function names, variables, and loops, as well as whitespace. Move functions close to related functions or blocks of code related to your organised code.
Please use primarily PHP or Python to solve the exercise and create a simple and responsive GUI, using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.Do not use a database.
The program is to print the time in seconds that the iterative version takes, the time in seconds that the recursive version takes, and the difference between the times.
