In this situation we are selling we are selling sporting goods.

  1. What are the areas/target markets where you would like to sell?
  2. Develop a Sales organization structure for a territory.
  3. There are several types of forecasts. Choose one or two methods. Providing pros and cons for each method.
  4. How do you want to recruit employees? Inner or external candidates pool? Why? How many interviews do you want to have? Who will interview your candidates? Where do you want to interview them?
  5. Develop a plan to train and develop the Sales force. Who will train your salespeople? Where? When? How (online/offline)? Why do you want to train them by this way?
  6. Delineate the motivation and reward system. Financial reward or nonfinancial reward? Why?
  7. Performance evaluation plan. Who will evaluate your salespeople? When will you evaluate them? Why do you choose this way?
