Next develop a profile of yourself as a consumer based on the top ten list. Consider the VALS profile exercise as you think about what your purchase history says about you. Go to Neilsen'sMyBest Segments site and explore the descriptions. Compare and contrast the two best fits for your profile that you find (yes its US based and not all the elements will fit).

Above states what the teacher required. So I will break it down below:

Here is my consumer history based on my top ten products:

i. Bananas, Chiquita(brand), $3.69 (price)

ii. Rice, Nupak (Brand), $3.97

iii. Bread, D'Italiano (brand), $3.38

iv. Eco-pet wipes, Petkin (brand), $7.88

v. Chicken breast, Freefrom (brand), $13.74

vi. Ground beef, Freefrom (brand), $10.98

vii. Dog food, IAMS (brand), $31.86

viii. Milk, Natrel (brand), $2.49

ix. Raspberries, Driscolls (brand), $1.97

x. Rolled oats (no brand, freshly bagged), $5
