Develop a level-0 logical DFD for the following business process:

VCU requires that each student complete a registration request form and submit it to the registrar's office. The request will be processed by the system. First, the system checks the A/R file to ensure that no fees are owed from the previous semester. If the student owes fees, VCU will send the student a bill and the registration is rejected. Next, the system checks the student file and the course file to ensure that the student has completed the course prerequisites. If prerequisites for the course are not fulfilled, VCU will notify the student that the course is not registered. Then the system checks the class list file to ensure position availability and adds the student Social Security number to the class list. If the class is full, the student request is annotated with "course closed". If a student is accepted into a class, then the date, time, and room are printed next to the course number. Student fees and total tuition are computed and printed on the form. Student fees information is updated to the accounts receivable file. Course enrollment reports are prepared for the instructors.
