Question: Imagine that you are working as an HR manager on a small Canadian immigration consultancy firm, which mainly handle the business of immigration, international student admission and work visa for international workers. The organization has a total 10 employees including you. Now, the CEO of the company is trying to create a KPI and performance review system of those employees. He asked you to create and plan the total performance management system for the company.With your group members, research and think about the planning process. As part of the task you have to :1. Develop a KPI system for the employee performance, which will be monitored and updated weekly, and very much intended to meet the business target.2.
