2. You are given RM50,000 by IMM to plan and implement its digital marketing initiatives.

a) Develop a digital marketing strategy for IMM for the year of 2023, taking into consideration its current practice and the needs to become a renowned and reputable marketing institution.

b) The strategy should also include financial planning for the implementation.

c) Justify your planning and the course of action.

3.The President of IMM also would like to see the possibility to embed some artificial intelligence features on its website to achieve a seamless customer experience. Propose and justify your solution.
