Develop a data dictionary and an entity - relation diagram for our proposed statewide degree requirement information service.

Your dictionary should include all data elements required for a state based description of a user's site navigation, as well as those needed to specify every Community College's and University's program offerings and degree requirements.

Your data dictionary should follow the table format illustrated in figure 13-4 in our text. Your E-R diagram should include the major data entities, a descriptive label for each relationship and appropriate notation as to whether the relation is one-to-one, many-to-one, one-to-many, or many-to-many.

1. Develop a state transition diagram for our proposed statewide degree requirement information service.

2. Using your data dictionary from assignment 5, create a dialog map based on your state transition diagram. Your goal is to make clear what data elements are required on each dialog screen.

3. Draw a data flow diagram that captures how our system should access and integrate data.
