Question: CoSysMo is a detailed, systems engineering planning tool. It predicts person months by looking at size and effort factors. But there is also a "calibration" factor called "A" in the equation:

What does "A" really represent? Elaborate on the real meaning of a "low A", a "high A" and how significant the business ramifications are to this number

Develop a CoSysMo prediction of person months (pm) required given the following data:

i. Previous performance against CoSysMo predictions that used an "A" = 1 are as follows:

vi. But we have 3 really difficult scenarios that must be managed.

vii. We have done something similar in the past so our understanding of the requirements is nominal.

viii. But the technical risk for this effort is very high. This will have people "in the loop" and it cannot fail.

ix. Because of ups and downs in our industry the continuity of our team has been low and this must be addressed.
