This package will consist of templates for event communications materials (email invitation to participants, promotional poster/executive summary, and social media posting). The package will include;

email invitation,
an electronic promotional poster in an executive summary style
a social media post (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) with captions.

Along with this, Determine a timeline and communication strategy to support this type of event information package.

Consider the audience, purpose and context for this type of communication task.
Remember to use the appropriate branding on your materials.
