Background
You are meeting with your management team and briefing them on observed operation problems. You are not quite sure what the root cause is yet, but you have some ideas on determining the problem and what the desired to-be condition should look like. Use this assignment as an opportunity to articulate your research proposal. Because you are researching the organization, it is appropriate to seek approval before doing so. In this assignment, you aim to get approval.

Instructions
Your project should consist of no more than 10 slides. Please use bullet points to explain your messaging and avoid paragraph statements. Your arguments should be cited throughout the presentation. Any metrics used in your presentation can be considered grey literature and should be cited as such. Aim for an 8-12-minute recorded presentation include your talking points in the "notes" section of each slide.
