We may have blind spots in regard to certain aspects of our behavior, as do others. "Being real" or honest and authentic in our communications with others should be predicated on kindness, discernment and compassion. Supportive communications invite opportunities to expand our window, build meaningful relationships, and potentially reduce our "blind spots".
