Consider the reversible Carnot cycle shown in the following figure given below with 1.21mol of an ideal gas with CV=5R/2 as the working substance. The initial isothermal expansion occurs at the hot reservoir temperature of Thot = 760K from an initial volume of 3.60L (Va) to a volume of 12.8 L (Vb). The system then undergoes an adiabatic expansion until the temperature falls to Tcold = 310 K. The system then undergoes an isothermal compression and a subsequent adiabatic compression until the initial state described by Ta = 760K and Va = 3.60L is reached.

A) Calculate Vc

B) Calculate Vd

C) Calculate Wab for this step in the cycle

D) Calculate Wbc for this step in the cycle

E) Calculate Wcd for this step in the cycle

F) Calculate Wda for this step in the cycle

G) Calculate Wtotal for the total cycle

H) Calculate E

I) Calculate the amount of heat that is extracted from the heat resevoir to do 1.00kJ of work in the surroundings
