A 0.4 kg mass m is rotating on a horizontal, frictionless surface, its motion constrained by a massless, inextensible string. The distance from the string's attachment point, O, to the mass is a constant. A tiny rocket in the mass exerts a constant thrust in the positive e direction with a magnitude of 1.2 N. l = 0.6 m, and the angular velocity is initially equal to 104rad/s. What is the tension in the string from t = 0 to y = 4s ?
