A vibration trandsucer measures a sinusoidal signal with up to a 100-hz frequency and an amplitude of + and - 5 v. Superimposed on this signal is an additional signal with a freq of 1000 hz. and amplitude of .2 v. I want to attenuate the 1000 hz signal to 1% of its value using a butterworth filter. Using a corner freq of 100 hz select a filter order to preform this task.
