You will write, SEO optimize and publish a blog post/article as determined in the submission of the Strategy and Promotional Plan for Capstone Client. Following that, you will plan and execute a promotion plan for your capstone contribution using social media

  • Submission to include a title and sub-headings, and author's name
  • One featured image and 3 additional relevant images (or video, gifs or infographic) with captions (alt tags).
  • Formatting with bullets, tables, and a layout that makes "skimming" easy for the reader
  • Display creativity and originality for the blog concept and content - relevant to your keyword theme.
  • Use correct spelling (Use Canadian English), grammar and professionalism.
  • Include an active hyperlink URLs to related Capstine client information
  • Keyword and key phrase application as submitted in your Strategy and Promotional Plan for Capstone Client
  • Use the free tool to determine how many impressions your blog post gets and where the highest traffic is coming from
  • Use of hashtags and other targeting and amplification techniques

Social Media Deployment:

  • You will deploy and execute a social media promotion plan as submitted in your Strategy and Promotional Plan for Capstone Client
  • The promotion plan is to include a minimum of 4 (four) published social media posts for each of the class social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn), Email marketing. Capstone client accounts to be provided 
  • 2 (two) additional  implification strategies or approaches.
  • Submit screenshots of your social posts (and links to posts if available). Proof of deployment may require your profile set up in scheduler and social calendar
  • Note: each social media post is to be unique - do not simply post the same image/copy etc. on several platforms or repeat the same image/copy across the social platforms.
  • Use the free tool to determine how many impressions your blog post gets and where the highest traffic is coming from.
