A constant-head permeability test was conducted on a clean sand sample. The diameter and length of the test specimen were 10.0 and 12.0 respectively. The head difference between manometer levels was 4.9 cm during the test, and the water temperature was 20 degrees celcius. If it took 152 second for 500 ml of water to discharge, determine the soil's coefficient of permeability.
