Projected profits from the sale of Thing-A-May-Jigs for the next five years are: $300,000, $400,000, $500,000, $600,000, and $250,000. At the end of the fifth year, the production equipment associated with the Thing-A-May-Jig project will be disposed of for $750,000. Determine the rate of return for the Thing-A-May-Jig project.
