A given storage reservoir has a normal pool area of 4,000 acres and serves a drainage area of 200 mi^2. During an average year rainfall is 37 in., rainfall excess is 10 in., and reservoir evaporation is 30 in. Determine the net change in storage during the year if local municipality is allowed to take 100 MGD from the reservoir. You may neglect infiltration and seepage from the reservoir. Sketch a mas blance of the reservoir.
