I dissolved .5 grams of mustard in 3 mL of distilled water. I was asked to determine the mass percentage of acetic acid in mustard, so I added 2.5 mL of NaOH to turn the mustard solution red. What steps do I go through to find the mass and the mass percent of acetic acid in mustard then?
