A circular wire loop, with a single turn, has a radius of 14.0 cm. The loop is in a magnetic field that is decreasing at the rate of 0.500 T/s. At a particular instant in time, the field, which is directed perpendicular to the plane of the loop, has a magnitude of 1.70 T. At that instant, determine the magnitude of the emf induced in the loop.
