A point-like mass m=0.5 kg is attached to the rim of a uniform disk of moment of inertia I=0.05kg m^2 and radius a=0.25m. The disk can rotate about frictionless horizontal axis. The disk, released when the mass points at "3 o'clock" position, starts rotation in the clockwise direction. Find the initial angular acceleration and the maximum angular speed.
