Orange juice can be modeled crudely as a misture of 8 g/L of citric acid (formally, 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-pro-panetircarboxylic acid; C6H8O7) and 1.6 g/L potassium ion. Find the equilibrium pH of orange juice. Citric acid can be written as H3C. Although the chemistry of citric acid is more complex, for this problem consider only the equilibrium: H3C- = H2C- + H+; K=10^-3.14.
