Problem- The rate of hydrolysis of sucrose increases 4.1 times when the reaction temperature increases from 25 C to 35 C. Using this information, determine the energy of activation for the reaction. How much would the reaction rate decrease if the reaction temperature were decreased from 25 C to 0 C?
