μnC0x = 0.2 mA/V2,

VTN = 0.8 V

λ = 0

The output resistance of the constant-current source is R0 = 100 KΩ.

Question 1: For v1 = v2 = 0, design the circuit such that v02 = 2V, v03 = 2V and vO = 0V, IDQ3 = 0.25 mA, and IDQ4 = 2 mA.
