I would really appreciate if someone could help me out this problem: Mr. Civil is considering a waste recycling center. His facility gets waste by trucks. The time between truck delivery has a mean of 3 hours and a variance of 1 hour squared. To process one truck load of waste, it takes a mean of 2 hours with variance of 1 hour squared.(No exponential assumption is given). Determine the average waiting time a truck-load for service by using the approximation formula. Show all calculations.
