If I consume large amounts of alcohol, it is known to increase reaction time. I want to investigate the effects of small amounts of alcohol, I recorded the reaction time of 5 people before and after they drank 2 ounces of alcohol . Does the data that I provide suggest that consumption of 2 ounces of alcohol increase mean reaction time ? I assuming using 0.05 significance level to test the claim.
