Q. The net force exerted on a particle acts in the + x direction. Its magnitude increases linearly from zero at x = 0, to 24.0 N at x_1 = 2.5m. It remains steady at 24-N from x_1 = 2.5 m to x_2 = 6.5m, and after that decreases linearly to zero at x_3 = 10.5 m.

Determine out the work completed to move the particle from x = 0 to x_3 = 10.5 m graphically by determining the area under the F_x vs. x graph.
