2. Determine how a company's culture should change to support its creative and innovative goals. Describe an organizational culture that is in line with the key aims of the company. Do a strategy for introducing this new culture to workers that includes at least two separate organizational events (e.g., reward ceremonies, orientations, stories, and activities).

3. Do a Organizational Change Plan. Consider the various leadership theories in light of the culture mentioned in question 2. Which leadership theories are most likely to be effective in driving organizational change? What can the company's leaders do to encourage change? Include a clear justification for why various leadership theories and actions correspond with organizational goals. In this part, be as specific as possible.

4. Think about Employee Motivation. Determine how you will motivate and reward personnel for accepting change. Identify at least four reasons why employees oppose change and devise a strategy to overcome that resistance using motivation theories (e.g., reinforcement theory, goal setting, expectancy theory).

5. Do a Strategy for Assessing Employee Attitudes and Behaviors. Discuss how you intend to assess how staff are coping with the change. What attitudes and behaviors will you assess? Will you concentrate on attitudes like organizational commitment and work satisfaction, or on actions like organizational citizenship and delinquency, or on some mix of attitudes and behaviors?

Consider the practicality of your measuring strategy - are the variables you've chosen easy to measure and affordable to assess? Do they make sense in light of the corporation's stated goals?

6. Propose a Research Study to Evaluate the Effectiveness of Culture Change. Consider the several research designs you studied at the start of the semester, as well as the various forms of learning discussed in the Training part. Choose a design that will be useful and practicable in evaluating change (i.e., the extent to which change happened, and whether or not change was effective). In evaluating that adjustment, what factors (e.g., staff attitudes and behaviors, customer happiness, productivity, quality of products, profit) would you focus on? When would you take such measurements? Make certain to describe the design's pros and shortcomings.
