According to the U.S. National Center for Education Statistics, 80% of college and university teachers use computers on the job, compared to 60% of teachers below the college level.

Using a one-tail test at the 0.01 level, and assuming that each of these independent samples consisted of 100 teachers, is the percentage of college and university teachers using computers on the job significantly greater than the percentage for teachers below the college level? Determine and interpret the p-value for the test.
