The global COVID-19 novel coronavirus pandemic has impacted the education sector and made a lot of challenges for universities in addition to some opportunities as well. Assume that you are working as a marketing consultant for one of the universities in the UAE (let us give it a name ABCU) and this university faces such threats and your duty is to recommend some potential market segments other than the traditional ones.

• Explain in details the recommended market segments.
• Each potential target segment must have a name that reflects the content of the target segment.
• Each potential target segment has to be profiled in terms of demographic, geographic, psychographic, and behavioral characteristics.
• Then each potential target segment should be DIRECTLY FOLLOWEDby the targeting evaluation criteria:
- The segment size and potential growth
- The segment attractiveness structure (i.e., competition)
- The company resources, objectives, and values
• Conclusion and recommendation
