Hardware Recommendations

Each of the 31 office workstations will need hardware. Desktop solutions are desired for all cubicles. Private office workstations and the conference room require laptops with the ability to teleconference and connect remotely to workplace applications. All computers must have the ability to access an office printer. The CEO, CFO, IT Manager, and Marketing Manager also need recommendations for handheld, mobile devices that can connect them to workplace applications.

In your recommendation, include:

  • Essential hardware devices selected.
  • Quantity of each device selected.
  • Specific model of each device selected.
  • Task performed/primary usage for each device selected.
  • Justification of how hardware selection supports the company's business needs
