The objective of the class assignment is to design an eco-optimized container for fizzy drinks using eco design tool  (CES)

Each group of two students is required to:

Select three different container types. These containers must then be approved by the lecturer. Each container must hold and dispense 500 ml of the fizzy drink.

Formulate a product specification. This is the frame of reference for the design. It puts boundaries on the total design.  It is formulated from the statement of the need.  It contains  functional  requirements  ergonomic  requirements  cost , quantities , materials , environmental  requirements, safety and reliability etc.

Explain and show the different design options developed.

Select the optimum design  solution  and explain  the rational  for its selection
