1. Obtain a logic circuit using as few FFs as possible to sequence 16 different operations.

2. Design a parallel Gray code-to-parallel and serial binary converter using a four-bit shift register and one FF. Explain the detailed functioning of the circuit. Note: Except for MSB, a four-bit, Gray code representing 8 through 15 are mirror images of four-bit binary equivalent representing the numbers 0 through 7 and vice versa.
