Assignment 1: Anger and Anger Management

3. Discuss at least *three* effective coping strategies you either implement or plan to implement when you experience a high level of anger (anger reactive response) or avoid experiencing anger, even when anger is warranted (anger avoidant response).

Internal or External Locus of Control
