Choose one of the following technologies:

  • Non-lethal weaponry and training
  • Facial recognition software
  • Officer-worn cameras
  • Updates to your information and data-collecting technology
  • Thermal Imaging

Address the following:

  • Describe the technology, including its uses and its purpose.
  • Explain why you chose this technology, and explain the long-range benefits of this technology for your department?
  • Predict how this will help with law enforcement effectiveness in your department?
