Instructions: Assume that you are an emergency management official in a medium-sized city.

Recently, a new mayor came into office. Although he is eager to learn, he knows little about emergency management operations.

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that outlines and describes the NIMS command and management system for the mayor.

The importance of using these systems
