Describe the listening characteristics of an individual (personal or professional) who you consider to be an effective listening role model for you. List three of their "listening" qualities as discussed in the course readings (including real or perceived attitudes, such as open-minded, attentive, empathetic, and nurturing, etc.).

Please explain why you agree or disagree with this statement: In business/corporate training it is very important that the trainees are interactive with their trainers. Listening and learning includes putting the ideas they are being taught into use. Having conversations and asking questions about topics being taught can be very helpful towards effective listening. Additionally using examples of the ideas that are being taught is a helpful tactic towards understanding them easier.
