Christenson's Television Service is a local dealer of SONY Television sets. Mike Olson, store manager, has been trying to find ways to lower inventory levels because of increasing holding costs and limited storage space. Mike has est that the store sells about 800 SONY sets annually. Estimated holding cost is $30 per set and ordering cost is $20 per order.
